We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer who has strong skills in 5th axis milling and highly skilled in MasterCam 2020 – 2021to join our Manufacturing Department.

Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday with overtime opportunities

Pay: $60,000 – $100,000 per year depending on experience

Qualifications:
5 – 10 years of experience writing CNC programs for metallic machined parts. Undergraduate Degree from Junior College, Trade School or University is preferred but not required.

Core Skills

 

  • Advanced levels of CAD/CAM capabilities with multiple systems, MasterCam 2020 – 2021 and SolidWorks preferred. Can interpret all blueprints.
  • Capability to prototype from sketch or blueprint using any and all equipment available.
  • Manufacture, Design/Redesign, Re-sharpen, improve any and all Lathe/Mill cutting tools.
  • Setup, Operate, turn over any Lathe and/ or Mill part.
  • Full knowledge of all Multi-Axis equipment.
  • Ability to program 3, 4, and 5 axis machines.
  • Design and Manufacture complex fixtures for Lathe and Mill.
  • Knowledge of EDM theory and capabilities.
  • Willing ability to share knowledge and techniques with less skilled employees.
  • Continuous acquiring of leading-edge manufacturing techniques and applications.
