Shift: Monday – Friday from 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour

Core Skills
- Greet, Welcome and Direct Visitors to the Appropriate Person or Department
- Manage Phone Calls: Answer, Screen, and Forward Incoming Phone Calls
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Handle income and outgoing mail and packages
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room
- Assist in coordinating company events and activities
- Data Entry – Reporting
- Organize and maintain file systems to organize documents

Experience and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional certification in Office Management or a related field is a plus.
